Leoni Faña

Leoni joined GSS in 2018 as a Care Manager. Prior to joining GSS, Leoni worked in the non-profit sector providing case management services to individuals with developmental disabilities. She also worked with elderly clients needing guardianship services. Leoni’s compassion and desire to help others allows to excel in her job and connect with the clients GSS serves.

In addition to care management, Leoni helps coordinate all special projects within GSS. She has over 15 years of experience in the field and obtained her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Nyack College in New York.
