William Rodriguez

William has worked at GSS since 2001. As a Property Manager, William is responsible for the sale and purchase of real property. William vets the best Real Estate Agent for the transaction based on their experience and knowledge of different types of real properties.  William is also responsible for overseeing maintenance, modifications, and renovations of real property.  This involves inspecting properties to determine their condition and any special needs required for GSS clientele.  William coordinates with contractors and vendors to provide recommended modifications, repairs, and maintenance.  William obtains bids and estimates for the required repairs and maintenance and inspects the completed work to ensure it is done properly.

It’s important to William that GSS’s clientele and their advocates receive the highest quality of services. William accomplishes this with integrity, honesty and prompt responses to requests and needs.

William’s combined experience of being a part of the fiduciary industry for over 20 years and military background have taught him to work in a diverse environment while being dedicated and committed to completing complex and challenging tasks.

Growing up in Kansas, William fell in love watching sports and cheering for the Kansas Jayhawks. William joined the Navy at 19 where he had an opportunity to see the world.  William enjoys watching, coaching and playing basketball. He also enjoys cooking and spending time with his family and dog.
